Von Miller: From QB Hunter To Poultry Farmer
Building Legacy Beyond The Sport
Today’s Mental Peace Performance spotlight goes to Super Bowl Champion and future Hall of Famer… Von Miller.
Now most people know Von Miller for what he does on the field. A Texas football legend, a dominant force, a leader and a NFL Super bowl champion. But what a lot of people didn’t see was what he was building off the field.
Von Miller, stepped into a completely different arena… as a poultry farmer.
The same man who built a legacy chasing quarterbacks has now built a business that provides eggs to H-E-B, one of the largest grocery chains in Texas. And what makes this even more powerful… is where it all started.
This didn’t come from nowhere, this seed was planted Back during his days in college, Von Miller actually took a poultry science class. Something that could’ve easily been just another course to get through… but he paid attention. He leaned into it. He stayed curious.
And instead of letting that knowledge sit, he decided to take it a step further.
He turned a classroom lesson into a real business.
He turned curiosity into opportunity.
He turned preparation into purpose.
That’s the mindset.
Because too often, we wait until the game is over to figure out what’s next. But Von Miller is showing us something different.
He’s expanding who he is beyond the game. Because the truth is… what you do won’t last forever.
But what you build will. Dont be afriad trust your vision and step into something new and trust me, i know it can be scary but that’s where real growth happens.
